SHIPPING POLICY – MADE TO ORDER (CUSTOM) PRODUCTS
Angel Kids & Ladies Wear offers custom-made and personalized garments, crafted specially for you after order confirmation.
🧵 PRODUCTION & DISPATCH
Custom/Made-to-Order items are produced only after payment confirmation.
Stitching & finishing time: 5–7 working days, depending on the design and order volume.
Once your order is ready, we will share photos or updates before dispatch.
💰 ADVANCE PAYMENT
To start production, 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
The remaining 50% payment must be completed before dispatch.
Orders will be dispatched only after full payment is received.
If cancelled before production starts, the advance amount is refundable after deducting processing charges. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
🚚 DELIVERY TIME
Rajasthan & Nearby States – 2–4 days after dispatch
Other States in India – 5–7 days after dispatch
Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is dispatched.
💎 CUSTOM CHARGES
Custom work (design, embroidery, fabric, or size changes) may include additional charges, which will be confirmed before order confirmation.
📦 DAMAGE OR WRONG ITEM
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video for quick resolution or replacement.
⏰ DELAY IN PRODUCTION
In case of any delay from our side beyond the promised time, we will keep you updated and offer priority dispatch where possible.

No shipping on Sundays or public holidays.
