Welcome to Angel Kids & Ladies Wear. These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you access or use angelklwear.com, browse our products, place an order or contact us through our website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms and the policies referred to in them. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Us
Angel Kids & Ladies Wear is a manufacturer-led apparel brand based in Balotra, Rajasthan, India, owned and operated by Om Fashion (Proprietor: Om Prakash), GSTIN 08DWZPP5284B1ZT, Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-RJ-42-0005574. Our business address is Janpath Gali, Balotra, Rajasthan – 344022, India. We offer women’s and children’s apparel through our website, including Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order products. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Om Fashion trading as Angel Kids & Ladies Wear, and “you” means the customer, visitor or user of the website.
2. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes and for genuine shopping, enquiry and business-related activities. You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts, systems or data;
- interfere with the security or normal operation of the website;
- copy, reproduce, scrape or commercially exploit website content without our written permission;
- upload or transmit harmful code, malware or other material intended to disrupt the website; or
- provide false, misleading or unauthorised information while placing an order or contacting us.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers, our business or our legal rights.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, fabrics and other information accurately. Minor variations may occur because of photography, lighting, screen settings, fabric characteristics or normal garment-manufacturing processes. Please review the product details and the relevant Size Chart carefully before ordering.
5. Prices, Taxes and Offers
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping is complimentary across India on all orders. Product availability, prices, discounts and offers may change without prior notice. We may correct an obvious pricing, description or availability error before or after an order is placed, subject to applicable law. Promotional prices and offers apply for the stated period or while stock lasts, and cannot be combined unless stated.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when we confirm it through the website or by another appropriate communication.
We may decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine issue, such as product unavailability, a pricing or listing error, a payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information or another legitimate reason. If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, it will be refunded as described in our Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
7. Payments
You must provide accurate payment and billing information and complete payment using the methods made available at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateway partners, and their terms apply to the payment process. For Made-to-Order products, a 50% advance payment is required at order confirmation and the remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch, unless different terms are confirmed in writing for a particular order.
8. Timelines
- Ready-to-Ship orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
- Made-to-Order products generally take 5–7 business days for production after final details, price and advance payment are confirmed (up to 10 business days for complex designs or larger quantities, confirmed before production begins). Dispatch follows production and final processing.
- Delivery after dispatch: Rajasthan and nearby states, approximately 2–4 business days; other locations in India, approximately 5–7 business days.
Actual delivery can vary because of courier operations, destination, weather, holidays, public disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Made-to-Order and Customised Products
Made-to-Order and customised products are prepared specifically according to your requirements, including custom design, fabric, size, embroidery, print or other personalised alterations. Once production has started, they are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where the product arrives damaged, defective or different from what we confirmed, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Shipping
Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and begin after dispatch, not from the date an order is placed. For Made-to-Order products, the production period is separate from the courier delivery period. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and mobile number; delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information may affect delivery.
11. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. In summary: eligible Ready-to-Ship products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed and unaltered with original tags and packaging. We offer one free size exchange per order, subject to stock. Damaged, defective or incorrect products are collected free of charge and replaced or refunded in full. Change-of-mind returns are accepted on unused products, with return shipping charges borne by the customer. Once a returned product is received and passes our quality check, the eligible refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Made-to-Order and customised products are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation once production has started, except where they arrive damaged, defective or different from what we confirmed.
12. Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is genuine, lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights. You allow us to display and use it on our website and social channels in connection with our business. We may remove content that is false, offensive, unlawful or misleading.
13. Intellectual Property
The Angel Kids & Ladies Wear name, brand elements, logos, product photographs, graphics, text, designs and other original website content are owned by or used with permission by Om Fashion or the relevant rights holder. You may view and use website content for personal and legitimate shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our protected content without prior written permission, except where the law permits.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use third-party services such as payment gateways, courier services, analytics tools, review services, communication tools and other technology providers, and may contain links to third-party websites. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices.
15. Website Availability and Limitation of Liability
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right, remedy or protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, public disruptions, strikes, courier or transport disruptions, government restrictions, power or internet failures and similar events.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, services, business practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. These Terms, together with our published policies, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the website and purchases from it.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer and other mandatory legal protections, disputes relating to these Terms or use of the website are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Rajasthan, India.
