We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
✅ Return accepted only for manufacturing defects or wrong products received (for Ready-to-Ship items).
⏰ Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery, along with an unboxing video.
📦 Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.      📦 Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.
🚫 Made-to-Order/Custom products (customized design, fabric, size, or embroidery) are not eligible for return or exchange once production has started, as these are made specifically for you.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection, to your original payment method.
