We are committed to processing, packing and dispatching your orders carefully and efficiently.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
For ready-to-ship products, orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
Every product is quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.
Orders are generally not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:
Rajasthan & nearby states: 2–4 business days
Other locations in India: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, high-demand periods and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Partners
We may use trusted courier and logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, or other suitable delivery partners depending on the destination and service availability.
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, tracking details may be provided to the customer where available.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Some products may be specially made or customized according to the customer's requirements, including design, embroidery, fabric, colour or size modifications.
Such products may require additional production time. The applicable production/dispatch timeline will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
Custom or made-to-order products are prepared specifically for the customer and may have different cancellation or return conditions. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for applicable terms.
5. Payment for Custom Orders
For custom or made-to-order products, full payment may be required before production begins.
Production will begin only after the required payment has been successfully received.
6. Delivery Delays
While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
These may include:
Courier delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Festive or peak-season demand
Remote or difficult-to-service locations
Transportation or operational disruptions
7. Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number and other required contact information.
Angel Kids & Ladies Wear shall not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Urgent Delivery
If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We will check the feasibility and inform you of the available options and any applicable additional charges.
